1. Overview:
Medium Frequency Induction Furnace is the device converting three phase power current into single-phase intermediate frequency current and enabling metal to produce eddy current loss through the electromagnetic field induction to achieve heating and melting. Mainly be used in the material of ferrous and non-ferrous metal casting, melting and heating treatment industry, such as iron, steel, brass, cooper, zinc, tin and so on. As well as heating treatment prior to forging, sintering and tube-bending forming in casting and melting industries.

7. Guarantee Terms
7.1 Guarantee Period: 12months after the equipment is accepted by the buyer, however, the guarantee period is no longer than 18 mouths after equipment's departure from Shanghai port.
7.2. In case of quality problem occurs during the guarantee period, the seller should be responsible for the components of the equipment. However, the seller should not be responsible for the problems and their consequences that caused by the following reasons:
A. The equipment doesn't work under qualified working conditions.
B. Problems resulted from unqualified power supplying equipment (e.g.: transformer unmatched, electricity stoppage during working)
C. Stoppage or shortage of water supply for components, or too high water temperature, or short circuit between inductor circles
D. The operation procedure of medium frequency power supply equipment is not followed
E. Randomly adjustment of technical parameters, malfunction, leakage of furnace
F. Easily damaged components: thyristor KP, KK, fuse.
8 . Attachment: User-owned equipment Cooling system (reference only)
1.Water tank + Water pump: Water of tank through the pump pressure into the device , out of the water and back water to recycling. Distribution of heat by flowing water naturally;
2. Water tank + water pump + cooling tower: Water of tank through the pump pressure into the device, out of the water and back water to recycling. Through the distribution of heat to cooling circulating water use cooling tower with winds, effectively increase the heat dissipation, reducing the size of pool ;
3. Closed cooling tower : User no need any water cooling preparations and dig the pond, also no need to buy the cooling tower and water pumps, etc.; with small footprint plant conservation land, easy to installation and move. Can working upon contact to power supply.
9. Installation and Commissioning
9.1. The charges of installation and Commissioning are not included in above price.
9.2. The installation (civil work, foundation work, water piping installation, lining-making) should be done by buyer according to installation drawings offered by seller.
9.3. We dispatch electric engineer for final checking the installation and Commissioning (adjust and start the furnace) upon the request of the buyer.
9.4. Travelling expenses and cost of living of our engineer must be paid by buyer.
9.5. A translator should be arranged by buyer since our engineer speak Chinese only!
9.6. Wage of USD80 per day per person must be paid.
