1. Overview
Medium frequency induction surface quenching take advantage of the electromagnetic induction principle. It produces induced current on the surface by making the components cut lines of magnetic force in the alternating magnetic field. And according to the AC (alternating current) skin effect, rapid heating of parts surface in the form of eddy current, and thenchilling rapidly. Medium frequency Equipment is characterized by high frequency, deep quenched case, suitable for surface treatment of large gears, shafts, rollers and other parts.
